General builder with some roofing / woodwork and decorating

We have new aluminium windows being fitted to two bays and one flat window. Our fitter will fit the windows but we will need the surrounding areas made good and decorated.

Indoors, this will mean a new small wooden trim.

Outdoors, we would like a new wooden trim and sills. We also need new flashing installed underneath one of the bay windows (which sits above a tiled section)

If we find a builder we trust and get on with, the job will likely expand as we may want to replace the roof tiles on this section (which doesn't require scaffolding), and possibly replace / repair some soffits and fascias.

 

Personal recommendations welcomed. I'd rather work with a reliable and trustworthy individual / small business than a big outfit.
