East Dulwich Flat/Studio wanted for long term let.

Hi, I'm a long term East Dulwich resident (since 2001) looking for new accommodation in the East Dulwich area. I work as an actor and I have a long term job at local attraction Dulwich Picture Gallery. I hope to find a one bedroom or studio space for a long term let, starting around the end of January. I can provide excellent references and I'm happy to help to with cleaning and maintenance work around the house too. I have been a lodger at my current space for four and a half years, and have been staying with a great family who are now selling the house. Before this I had experience of flat and house sitting for friends, and I've been happy to take care of this house (and cats!), while the owners are away.
