Russell is still in business. He was working on a roof in Adys Road a couple of months ago. He has sorted out many roofing problems for me & my neighbours. He does get very busy but he would always be my first choice. When I last spoke to him he was doing non roofing jobs in the winter which seemed totally sensible. -

The 'dodgy' first roofers did do a reasonable job on our boiler house roof earlier in the year. We got them via Check a Trade. The one we have now came via Southwark Trading Standard list of approved contractors.
