Hello

I am currently looking for an architect for a significant refurbishment project of a family house in a conservation area. I would appreciate recommendations for architects and particularly comments regarding Red Squirrel Architects based in Forest Hill and Trevor Lahiff Architects (Camberwell, knatchbull road).

The house needs to be done up completely incl. central heating, electrics, and I am considering potential for a garden extension.

Thank you

Hi there,

My partner is a Chartered Architect at Gauld Architecture. They specialise in listed buildings and projects in conservation areas. Project size varies from small loft conversions to new builds. Here is the website: http://www.gauldarchitecture.com/. Their office is in Russell Square but we live locally. If you are interested give either Ali or Kevin a ring and they can come and survey your property.

Hope this helps.

Hi there, I am a fully qualified sole practitioner architect based in SE15 close to Goose Green, and I would be very interested in this kind of work.

I have over twelve years experience in practice doing a variety of architectural work from small scale residential to much larger buildings, but i have recently decided to set up on my own and I am looking for work; you can review my CV at www.jonnyfisher.com.

Please get in touch if you would like to chat about your project and I can give you some guidance regarding my fees and contractors and build costs.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Jonny

Hi. Try Green and Teggin. Very easy to work with couple who helped us with our lovely extension. Excellent for domestic architectural projects, working sympathetically with existing buildings.

So I've dug out the url to have another try, this time without embedding:  https://x.com/guyshrubsole/status/1858490339356533018 .  Seems ok.   in reply to my own "Where did you get this from?" response to your post at https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/353788-is-rachel-reeves-becoming-the-new-liz-truss/?do=findComment&comment=1688310, in which you again spoke of the government's "doubling the national debt". You seem not to understand the meaning of "national debt".  Might you have been copying someone else's usage? I'm sorry to hear of Starmer's decimation. The above merging of my posts in response to Sue and to Jazzer have been done by the forum system, so there's no point in my trying again to separate them.  I've already tried editing out the merging and reposting the one to jazzer, but ended up with the same forced merge.  Apologies.
    • It came from the 9bn spent on the public above inflation pay award, hence doubling it. Watch the BBC interview of Starmer and Kuenssberg, where Starmer gets absolutely decimated.
