Desperate to try and get back in to yoga, but struggling to self start without a class.

Does anyone know of /go to one mid week which starts around 8pm? I am still bfing and have 2 to get down, plus a husband to get home, so any earlier is unrealistically (I have tried and the benefits of going are more than outweighed by the stress of getting there!).

Any type would do, is more about having an hour for me than anything else. I used to do a daily Bikram class before baby, but doubt I could handle anything too strenuous as no 2 is currently taking my essence each feed (5 months old).

Anyone with a good recommendation out there? There must be loads of us who can't make a 7pm class?

Hi,

I will be teaching at Gaia Studio on Maxted Road from September. These classes will be a power hour either early in the morning or later in the evening. I also do private classes so you have more flexibility on times.

Message me if you would like more information.

They were a group of local young Black students I had contacted via a local connection. I later learnt that she would not expose her young people 'to that man'. Others had looked him up on Google apparently ... just as well he has links with the Free Speech Union. #Colonialism #Empire #Slavery #SlaveTrade ... if you feel you can risk it, here is that man:

This may be pure coincidence but prior to last weekend the pond was clear. Does park management have a way to get onto the pond and fish all the plastic rubbish out, I wonder? It can't be good to leave it." it's been very windy the past few days, could be down to that
