Looking for adult morning yoga class

Hi,

I know there are all sorts of threads re. Yoga classes on the forum, yet I haven't found what I'm looking for.

If anyone could suggest/recommend an adult morning yoga class (weekdays between 9.30 & 11.30a.m.), I'd be very grateful.

I teach Vinyasa Flow as either a power hour or a more restorative class. What yoga are you looking for.

Barbara does a morning class at Oakside Yoga Studios on Thursday and Friday mornings at 9:30. Highly recommended.
