My name is William, I am currently an undergrad studying Classics and German at Oxford, after leaving St Olave's Grammar School with 3 A*s at A-Level in Latin, German and Classical Civilisation.

I am offering a range of services for both GCSE and A-Level students:

  • German grammar, reading and writing sessions.
  • Latin grammar, reading and writing sessions.
  • Classics writing sessions for students studying the Odyssey or Aeneid (A-level only in this case).

Over the Christmas holidays I am able to offer in-person sessions in the East Dulwich area, though during term-time they will be online. I am happy to do weekly lessons on a longer-term basis, or a more intense programme over the holidays before the January mocks.

I have experience of tutoring GCSE students and can supply a reference upon request.

Please contact me at 07708723388 to enquire.

    • The Oxfam shop refusal may be because they have very limited storage space at the back of their very small shop?
    • I agree. The staff are always lovely!
    • Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.
    • Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
