Hi Everyone

I have posted on here a few times and have been lucky to host people that are doing home renovations or in between sales of their properties, so am happily posting again. I have a large two double bedroom flat on Muschamp Rd available for short or medium term let from 01 January 2025. Its perfectly located between Lordship Lane and Bellenden Road and is a few minutes walk to both East Dulwich train station and Peckham Rye train station.

You will also have access to your own private garden (with side access). I attach the link to the property as advertised on airbnb.

The flat comes fully furnished with all the bed linen, towels and everything else you could possibly need. Gas, electricity, internet and cable all included for £3300 pcm.

  Did anyone hear the fireworks last night and know what they were in aid of? I was woken at 1am by a full-on firework display that lasted for a good 10 mins. I'm at the Peckham Rye end of ED. Usually I sleep through anything but this was loud, and I thought that a 1am firework display was a bit strange.

  Another glowing recco for Jon, he painted our rental flat which after 8 years of a single tenancy was in quite a state. He listened carefully to our requirements, and worked incredibly speedily to deliver us a beautiful job, with real attention-to-detail. I was particularly impressed with how tidy Jon was - he took great care to protect any furniture and flooring and left the place spotless! Highly recommend.

  The planters would be lovely if only the plants had been maintained once they had been planted. I think it would have been better not to have had them at all than to just leave them with plants in very poor condition. Were whoever installed them hoping that residents in the relevant streets would look after them?
