Join us for Queer Sh*t!, a vibrant and unapologetic poetry open mic night, created to celebrate and amplify the voices of the LGBTQ+ community.

This is your space to share, listen, and connect with fellow creatives and allies in an evening of authentic expression.
Whether you’re a seasoned poet or taking the mic for the first time, we welcome everyone to bring their truth, share their stories, and celebrate the power of queer voices.

Expect an electric atmosphere, heartfelt performances, and a supportive audience ready to snap, clap, and cheer you on.

What to Expect:
- An open mic session where anyone in the LGBTQ+ community can sign up and perform
- A welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for sharing your work
- Inspiring poetry and spoken word from a diverse range of voices

Bring your poems, spoken word pieces, or just your ears to listen and enjoy a night of queer creativity and connection.

Let’s come together, share our stories, and celebrate the beauty of our community!

Allies welcome!

    • Is it a very Clean sound like a Hone (ie. not like a drill or a squirrel) and most importantly "always always always" exactly the same sound, and not a Hoooo but a HewwWWWwne (it's keeping me awake), and it's random
    • Now you mention it, I have...but up near the Horniman Museum. I chalked it up to a neighbour doing something crazy.
    • You probably have already checked them out, but Virgin Media are often an option. Your ISP won't suggest that, as they can't provide services over them, only Virgin Media themselves can. Support can be a bit terrible though, but mind you which residential ISP doesn't?
    • Ultimately, nobody really  wants to pay for them. The banking doesn't make them any money and should the state really be subsidising the functions that the banks themselves used to, and should be providing? On top of that, they have a dwindling user base for the other competencies like currency exchange and logistics. I personally just use Google Pay abroad, and get my deliveries picked up by the postie or use a deposit box.
