Masonry piers repairs

We are looking for a quote to deliver the following:

1/ Damaged or poorly constructed masonry piers supporting the ground floor slab and internal wall are demolished and rebuilt.

2/ Repair of chimney breast support that is cracked and settled is demolished locally and rebuilt

Work would be done in the cellar, so builder would need to be used to working in confined spaces.
