They neighbours aren’t a problem, its the cameras & the invasion of privacy is! if someone comes to the house next door, they can see who’s coming & going! why should the friend have to spend money putting up high fencing or something to block the cameras view? if it was me, I’d have hit the roof!

Get evidence, down incidents, take pictures (with caution, as you have to respect their privacy too), and document your concern Speak to other neighbours to confirm your suspicions and gather additional evidence If the watching escalates to harassment, report it to the police && If your neighbour's behaviour continues to cause significant distress, you can seek a restraining order through the courts. -
What can this person do to deal with the situation? how do they put them in “big trouble “ Btw, it’s a council property not only that, they’ve taken permission from their neighbours, who are privately owned & put a camera up there too! The cameras in the back have night vision too……
