Reliable roofer wanted to carry work recommended by my Surveyor following a rip-off by a roofing company. The actual required works are to extend the membrane by removing three to four courses oftiles, after extending the membrane reinstall tiles ensuring there is an overhang onto the flat roof and to extend the lead flashing.

We seem to be in a similar situation - we have no slates on roof. Bank refused to honour part payment to company (who we had used before on a  small roofing job) as believe this is a fraud. Norwood Roofing is too busy  and am waiting for London and Kent to reply.

Anyone got any recommendations?

Could those who are able to post any pictures they have of the thief?  Amazon are not meant to ignore your delivery instructions, so ask for compensation as well as a refund if it happens. Evri do nothing but confirmed parcels are not meant to be left outside.  Ps. I filled a parcel with food scraps & brown bin stuff then topped it with shredded paper so they'd have to dig through.
