Dear Dulwich dwellers,

I am thinking to buy a house and wanted to know what the going rate of a surveyor would be please? I asked the estate agency and they send me a quote for £850. When I purchased my flat 10 years ago it was around £400. Could anyone recommend one who charges less? thanks a lot in advance, Etta

  Yesterday there was another crash at the same spot as the previous ones outside the BT building at Fireman's Alley.Seems like a danger waiting to happen. Another crashed car was moved from there this morning.

  In case it hasn't been mentioned. Southwark planning committee voted to Approve the scheme. None of the concerns were properly addressed. The myopic view of the panel was 'this gets us 31 social and 22 affordable properties' including our own Councillor Mccash who spoke broadly in favour of the scheme on this basis. Very disappointing for those objecting.

  At the point when the air ambulance arrived there were four NHS vehicles and four police vehicles attending the scene.
