    • Hi All, Now the newly renovated and refurbished Dulwich Southwark Gym has re-opened, I have a few slots available in the New Year. Please get in touch if you'd like to hit some New Years goals or just learn how to use the brand new equipment.  Please take a look at this thread for comments by previous and current clients (Inclusive Personal Training is now into it's 14th year). A Happy New Year to everyone! Many Thanks Lee Email: [email protected] Website: https://www.inclusivepersonaltraining.com Mobile: 0788 168 7298 Inclusive Personal Training Dulwich Leisure Centre Southwark Leisure
    • there is a shoes and clothes recycling bin in the Plough carpark.
    • Free weights (not necessarily heavy ones) is one of the activities older people most benefit from.  They help stop muscle deterioration and promote stability in a way cardio- and weight-based-machines do not.  It is a common misconception that free weights = bodybuilders. There isn't really any substitute for free weights whereas e.g. instead of using a treadmill you can go for a walk or a run or attend a class (and it's much more environmentally friendly!)
    • Vinton and his team did an excellent job repainting inside my house after some building work, he was friendly and efficient, I definitely reccomend him.
