On the 16th Nov we have 2 rides, both popular in the past. Amanda leading her annual ride to Camden Market (9.30 start) and Bruce with usual 10am start heading to Battersea to the Power Station and Park.

Camden Market.  < https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/london-bridge-to-camden-market-cycle-ride-tickets-1075712066749 >  Camden Lock – shops, markets, cafes, busy.  On a ride, normally avoid it.  However, it is a great destination – and lots of options for a coffee stop. Start 9.30am (note early time) at Southwark Needle (south end of London Bridge, close to the station, SE1 2PF) with Amanda leading for an estimated 3.5 hour ride. Outward route along south side to Westminster Bridge, then Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Marble Arch, Baker St, Regents Park Outer Circle, Camden High St. Return via Canal Tow Path to Kings Cross Granary Square, Cycleway 6 to Farringdon, up Ludgate Hill and past St Pauls.  Down to Cycleway 3 and if time loop over Tower Bridge and Tooley St back to London Bridge. Some roads with lots of traffic. But pretty much non-stop sight-seeing and photo-ops! • Can anyone else hear the constant loud bass on Dovedale Road? Sounds like someone is making music but it plays all the time late at night until 2/3am sometimes. There is a few of us having the same issue and trying to pin point which house this noise is coming from as we keep having to go to work on not much sleep.
    • I'd be pleased to get through so quickly. Seriously, they have shed so many staff you can't get hold of anyone easily.  Why did you not say anything at the time, "I'd be grateful if you don't eat whilst you are on a business call. Anyway I've thought of an issue.  We used to have a minimum number of staff over the Xmas working days.  It was a lot of fun, as colleagues were in a light hearted mood, in the days where you'd still have a beer at lunchtime on the odd occasion. The in recent years most people would work from home as there was no longer the necessity to be in the office during the festive period.  The office became soulless, and you'd just end up clearing a backlog of paperwork and e-mails.  As there was no buzz, you'd just be demotivated.
    • But surely climbing trees is'nt a particulary safe thing for a child to do..They could fall get scratches, cuts etc?
