Kitchen Aid service / repair

Realise this is as stereotypical ED as it comes… I’d love to get our kitchen aid serviced - it works well but is a bit klunky after 10 years. 

KA’s customer service is largely non existent after 5 years. 
 

any specialists out there? Bound to be a market for this kinda thing round here ….
