IlonaM
In used but good condition. Studio pottery with makers mark. Stoneware with cane handle. Handwash only. Approx. 23cms length, 13cms high (excluding handle). Yellow glaze. Aylesford pottery was set up in 1954 by David Leach for the White Friars. He stayed for a year, teaching pottery to the monks, and then handed over managership to Colin Pearson. The pottery is still in production, making the stoneware goods that have made it famous for over half a century.
