Thanks for the offer of scanning but he is always far enough away from me so he doesn't let me touch him but if he gets more friendly I will contact you for help scanning. I'm also not on the streets WhatsApp or facebook groups so if anyone could repost the picture of this cat on these groups would be helpful . -
