Game season is upon us... lots of great pheasant, grouse, partridge etc... Also wild boar, vension etc...

Going to smithfield late thursday for weekend deliveries. obv. the usual, beef, lamb, pork. Also Billingsgate

for fish (see earlier thread re fish) All great quality and fresh.
