builder wanted for downstairs toilet re-furb

hi, we want to re-do the downstairs toilet with new toilet, sink ect but most people we have contacted have said the job is too small. Please let me know if you are interested

Not that it’s too small but are you prepared to pay 10K.

In other words there is an issue with the drainage.
