Guitar Lessons

Would your child like to start learning guitar? I'm 18, a recent sixth-form graduate, and am looking to start giving guitar lessons. I've been playing for 10 years and believe I would be a great teacher as I have experience with kids (I babysit for some families in the area) and I’m very passionate about music. Unfortunately, I can't offer classical training (it's not really my wheelhouse) however any other genres such as folk, pop, rock, etc are great. I can provide a guitar if you're just testing the waters and aren't ready to invest. I'm available any time, on any day of the week. Please contact me 🙂

    • The Oxfam shop refusal may be because they have very limited storage space at the back of their very small shop?
    • I agree. The staff are always lovely!
    • Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.
    • Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
