What were the incidents(s) at goose green you mention ? I’ve seen someone walking around Crystal Palace road/goose green with two huge staff/pit type dogs always off lead and could almost predict a problem given the guy’s menacing demeanour, so wonder if related to your comment. -

My neighbour was rehoused and his housing association flat was auctioned. It takes so much investment to upgrade a Victorian flat to modern requirements it's apparently not worth their while to do this. The builders have a business taking these flats on and upgrading property and selling on at a profit. Less social housing, more private owners. -
Do you happen to know which office does all the actual SE22 district pillar box collections? I'm curious as to who is responsible for the systemic failures that I've observed over the last four years, to change the Next Collection Day plate on pillar boxes each time a collection is made. I also wonder whether or not it's common in any other districts. -
Does anyone on here use MailerLite for sending bulk emails (about 850 subscribers at the moment, following a cull) ? I use it to send newsletters, as what I was previously using started charging. I've been using MailerLite for some time now, but I can't get to grips with the editing system, so I always end up with weird spacing.
