Hi all

So you're aware Peckham Rye SNT have been working closely with Dulwich Hill SNT and just to put your minds at ease a little bit we are aware of this after spotting it on a patrol earlier this week. We spoke to one of the victims and he informed us that he has footage of the attack and the police have arrested someone for this.

Crikey, I wouldn't fancy going anywhere near somebody with a hammer, so good for him for filming it! Maybe he was at a window?

I did think someone must have heard something, because repeated hammer blows must have been quite loud.

    • Let’s just say your understanding of the current market is… limited. I won’t bother arguing with you I don’t need your sympathy, it’s completely worthless to me. Thanks. I’ve already found a few that need a bit of work I’m not making an offer because this is a money pit, it isn’t. Based on my experience in property, there are plenty of actual money pits out there. The agent gave me a lot of reassurance, but those reassurances have been falling apart one by one during the buying process. The balance has completely shifted. If I were looking for a bargain, this certainly wouldn’t be it; as I said, I would go for a probate house straight away. I simply thought this would be a straightforward and time saving project. Some people here really don’t need to be sarcastic. You don’t know my experience or situation, and making assumptions like that says more about you than it does about me.
    • In my experience, many deliveries are just left on the doorstep without bothering to ring the bell, so you may be in but have no idea there has been a delivery. And some couriers require you to state a "safe place". I don't have one.
    • Thanks. Did you find a suitable place in ED for your Christmas lunch? Sorry for my silly post above. I'm guessing quite a few of the pubs might be doing  something, but I don't know. You could try googling?
