Boltcutter I could borrow?

We have a jammed combo lock on our shed, wondering if we could borrow a boltcutter (or something else that can do the job) to remove the lock? Thank you!

It's much easier to use an angle grinder as locks have hardened steel, Where abouts are you? If you are close I can do it for you .
