Dulwich Park dog in nature area

Recommended Posts

Almost the entire park to use for her dogs and this (German accent?) woman at 9am for Park Run point blank refused to remove them, stating she has poo bags.

Very identifiable pink beanie, Alsatian and Spaniel.

Told me I must be menopausal to care so much.

Sitting right in front of the NO DOGS sign.

This is not unusual.   The entire park is full of dogs off the lead   so when people try to be responsible dog owners and exercise their dogs on the lead it is totally impossible.  As the other dogs constantly run up to, bark and irritate the dogs on the leads and stupid owners don't do anything to prevent them.  I thought people who live in Dulwich might have been able to read, understand and follow simple signs with words and pictorial instructions.  But they obviously can not.   The rules are there for a reason but obviously do not apply to when it suits people.

I wonder would people be able to understand any warning signs about 🐺🐺🐺

The people with free running dogs are always the first to complain when a dog on a lead barks back at their precious dog.  Especially when the dog on the lead is a large dog.  The poor dog  was literally minding their own business walking along whilst the other dogs take turns to ambush them.   So the wolves could be a brilliant idea.   As these dogs could jump into ambush the wolves.  And then well behaved dogs on a leash and responsible dog ( or those who can understand text and pictorial information) owners could walk along in peace.   And also enjoy the local public parks.

    • Love it, let's rewild Dulwich Park, beavers, cranes, wolves and even bears.  Thanks for making me think of this.
    • We highly recommend Aria at A.F.E. Plumbing. This week he replaced our Saniflo which was in a dire condition quickly and efficiently for a very reasonable price. He is very friendly and would definitely go to him again.
    • These people should be thrown into pits packed with hungry wolves. Maybe that'll teach them some canine lessons. Oh, and the wolves won't be hungry anymore X
