HOME | Pickwick Estates I'm leaving East Dulwich after 20 years. I've tried to move at various times in the last few years but finally making the move. Just really wanted to put a recommendation for Pickwicks and Paolo Ulivi on here. Literally amazing! I have tried loads of agents at different times and found the process of viewings etc so tricky. He has made this sale happen...he's been professional, knowledgeable, kind, warm and just on the end of a phone. I hadn't realised how different agents were... but he's driven this sale - communicated with both sides of our chain: agents, solicitors, buyers and vendors. The agents we are buying through basically disappeared once the sale was agreed. It couldn't be a starker difference. Highly recommend - especially if the thought of selling, viewings, moving etc seems like an exhausting prospect right now...super excited to be on to a new adventure this week - cheers Pickwicks and Paolo...would give 6 stars out of 5!!! -

I used the Forum to find a reliable plumber who could respond to an emergency. Niko responded quickly and was able to come over and fix the problem efficiently and effectively. He was professional, courteous and thoughtful. He was also keen that I contacted him after a few days to check with him that I was still happy with the work he had done. I have no hesitation in recommending Niko and would certainly call on him again. Thanks Niko
