We're at the end of renovating this unique 5-bed house and think it would be perfect for a creative professional looking for studio space at home or someone who simply needs extra office room within easy commuting distance from the city - 12 minutes to London Bridge.

The property is 189 square metres of bright and airy split-level open-plan living with double height rooms and vaulted ceilings. Needless to say, we love it and seek a family that appreciates it the same way. Not yet with agents. It's off market but I'll be posting more photos on OpenRent (link below) in the next few days 🙂

    • Ideally I imagine it should be separated from household waste as it's a public health hazard, just like you'd put nappies in strong bags after wrapping them up. Dog poo does seem to be everywhere so I definitely think there should be more dog poo bins again. Again back to cost I imagine. Round in circles we go!
