Wanted: Builder/carpenter to fix stairs

I have recently moved into a Victorian house in ED and the stairs are creaky and rickety. Our building survey highlighted that the stairs would need repairing soon. We can see that someone has attempted to fix them in the past, but we are looking for someone to come and do a proper job of repairing them to ensure they are safe.

Please let me know if you are / can recommend a reputable trades person to arrange a visit and quote.

  But I thought that’s what we pay council tax for - so we put our food waste in the food waste bin and the council comes and collects it!
