Possible short let to offer in new year

We are thinking about going away for up to 6 weeks in Jan/Feb/March but can only do it if we let our house out to people who are also willing to look after our cat.

Is anyone doing renovations during that time and might want a 4 bedroom house? Our dates are a bit flexible, so checking out interest first. 

Price wouldn't be a full commercial rate as the cat is part of the bargain.... We're in the Bellenden area.
