Basic IT help needed

I need some help resolving glitches on my computer. I have various email accounts and they keep refusing to send/receive emails or to let me sign in - nightmare - whole load of other glitches - it's a mess. 

I need someone I can sit down with face to face and sort this out. 

Any recommendations?

No idea if they are appropriate for you, but you could try contacting them and ask.
