Help attaching pic to FHR surgery e consult form

I knew my luck couldn't last when I managed to log in before the dreaded "capacity reached" notice .Was invited to add pic ,took with device I was using (phone) but couldn't see how to upload and was logged out .

Anyone able to talk me through the process ?

i used different devices and found it simple enough .

Ah the iPad, thinks it is a laptop/pc but acts like a mobile without full functionality.  Well at least that's what others have experienced.  Maybe the topic for another thread.
