Manual Control for Shutter Door -Help Please

I have a vertical metal shutter door that is electronically controlled to get my wheel chair in and out of the house

In case of electrical failure I was supplied with pole that had a detachable piece ,detachable because the pole was very long.

Does anyone have a shutter control that hooks over the top of approx. 5”/14cm high container that holds the shutter when it is open ? What I need is hook part and all I can find on line are manual controls that you push up. I need one which is U shaped at the top

If you do have one could I please borrow it to see if it works and if it does would you tell me where you got it from.
