Hi
I also have a Henson Security alarm and have been trying to get hold of them as have an alarm fault but no one is replying to my messages.
I pay a monthly plan that includes them letting me know if the alarm is triggered but they didn't call me when it went off recently and my neighbour let me know. 
I have emailed Callum but no response. I have contacted their helpline online but also no response.
I know a few people around here also have Henson alarms so any advice or suggestions on what to do or how to contact them would also be much appreciated.
