Freelancer seeking small studio to rent from Sep/Oct/Nov

Hello,

 

I work as a freelance sound designer (occasionally on speakers, but mostly on headphones). I am looking for a small studio or office space - 15 to 20 square metres - to rent in the Brockley / Peckham / East Dulwich area from September / October / November 2024. I am open to all sorts of spaces, including basements, as these tend to be quieter than rooms that face on to main roads.
