I'm looking for a good builder for an extension to a three-bedroom house.

if you are still looking for a builder then I can highly recommend Chris silver at Csilver builders. They did the extension on my Mums home in Eltham a few years ago and were really excellent. I can pass you over the personal number if your interested?
