Couple looking for 1-bed from September!

Hi all, my partner and I (26M & 22F) are looking to rent a 1-bed flat (long let) in the Dulwich/Herne Hill area from the beginning of September.  

I grew up in the Dulwich/Crystal Palace area and we’d like to stay local! 

My partner works in the city and I’m in PR, hybrid-working. 

Looking for a 1/2-bed flat, budget of around £1900pcm.
