Drxyster
I downloaded and ran a product from "Major Geeks" My computer is now continually re-booting in a loop and will not start normally I am housebound and unable to deliver the computer to a repair shop/person. Does anyone know of a computer repair person that does home visits. Jules-and-Boo
Have you tried to restart it in Safe Mode and restore to an earlier version of the settings? ideally before the Major Geeks installation? It usually press restart and F4 and then follow prompts. Error Code: 0xc0000001 You'll need to use recovery tools. if you don't have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your administrator or PC/device manufacturer. (Which I don't have) Press enter to try again (This did not work) Press F8 for start up settings (Tried all settings 1-9 without effect) Thank you for your reply. I believe i need to re-install Windows 10 from disc 1 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/349027-home-computer-repairs/#findComment-1674970 Share on other sites
IlonaM
I recently had these guys out - quick response and appointment. Reasonably priced.
