High-density housing in East Dulwich?

I've been in one of the flats in Dawsons Heights and from inside you get the most amazing views both ways over central London from the living room and over towards Crystal Palace and beyond from the back bedroom. (I also got a close up view of the most encrusted pile of pigeon poo you could ever see, out on the balcony).

I thought the best view from street level is from the top of Canonbie Road - better than the Horniman don't you think, because you can see both ways'
