I had a swim booked yesterday[Friday 2nd] but saw a notification on my phone the pool was closed for technical reasons. Then received an email saying I have been charged for non attendance. Have another swim booked for today but after waiting on the phone for five minutes (twice), I am unable to confirm whether the pool is open or closed.
