Looking for someone to level my garden and pave it

I have not used my garden since 2019, neither have my kids. I have got it cleared, I just need part of it to be levelled and I think the cheapest way would be to pave it. Im a Mum of two and are not loaded or have five grand to spend. I need the cheapest way to level it out and pave it. Please help. Thank you.

  Well, considering the main route from Kings Hospital to Dulwich estate has a mammoth tailback because of pavement widening while alternative routes have been blocked off I do think it may have been a factor
