It's the worst GP Practice I have ever experienced. Impossible to get an appointment except on the day by phoning at 08:00 and waiting a very long time with no guarantee of success. Even if you manage to get an appointment, it will likely be a 'callback' not an in-person appointment. If you do finally get an in-person appointment it will likely not be with a doctor and probably not at the practice itself. Incomprehensible 'service'. There are long-term health issues I would like to discuss with a doctor, but I don't think it's going to happen. If I'm very ill I'll ring NHS-111 and they somehow find an appointment at Tessa Jowell centre, but it's with someone who isn't a GP and doesn't know me. -
Just don't buy the chocolate covered anchovies Only because it's wrong on so many fronts -
I’ve men trying to ring reception over the last two days and permanently engaged.
