As I understand it, Dulwich Estate own the property, but it is leased to Stonegate. DE have tried to get Stonegate to return the lease so that they can do something with it, but they have not. As the lease expires this year, we'll probably see something happening to it. My money would be on flats as @fredricketts says. Whilst some might want a Wetherspoons (not me personally), that seem incredibly unlikely following the recent closure of the Capitol just up the road. -
another recommendation too for jerimiah - very knowledgeable and cleaned my windows very well - delighted with them!

Good day East Dulwichers. I would like to recommend my decorator to anybody needing one in the area His name is Christopher, and he is thorough, professional, and very clean and tidy (I never need to clean up after him at the end of the day). He is trustworthy, which is very important to me as I can give him my keys and he will come and do work when I am not around so I am definitely not inconvenienced. I actually wait on him to be free before I would ever take on anybody else as I am guaranteed to get the job I want with no complaints whatsoever... hand on heart!. I believe his rates are very reasonable and I can stand by my recommendation as he has done jobs on properties I own in and around the area for at least 15 years now. I am painting the outside of a house in a coyple of months time so will add pics, and he recently painted a conversion I done. Christopher's number is +44 7941 365501
