On the return journey in the direction of Streatham, the P13 is diverting from Underhill Road to Barry Road and back onto Lordship Lane. Road works on Underhill somewhere causing the diversion. Looks like the diversion is only in one direction.

From the TfL website, "UNDERHILL ROAD: Route P13 is on diversion from Underhill Road/Crystal Palace Road to Lordship Lane/Grove Tavern via Barry Road and Lordship Lane due to a burst water main. Buses towards Streatham are not serving the stops Friern Road, Dunstans Road, Langton Rise and Belvoir Road."

It would be Thames Water which would need to give any time estimates, tfl would merely source their reports from Thames. And Thames would not be my go-to source for anything much nowadays. Thieving incompetents focussed on feathering the nests of their corporate owners at the expense of their customers whilst failing to meet the standards set them by their weak-willed regulator. Or words to that effect!

    • People living on main roads like South Circular,  Lordship Lane, Croxted Road, Grove Vale etc  have been treated like rubbish all alibg. I hope the Grove Tovern is developed into a green space or a block of flats. Let's hope montana trump supporters will perish as soon as
    • Hi!  Our just 4 year old is currently taking swimming classes with Cindy’s swim school and we’re finding them a bit too easy and hands on. On holiday recently she swam (albeit without much style!) at least 8m on her own.     We’re thinking of signing her up to the improvers lessons at JAGS.  I believe there are up to 10 children per class and two teachers in the water.  Has anyone had any experience of these classes? Do they encourage independent swimming? thank you 🙏
    • Odd post.  London continues to be full of green and public space.  Labour kicked off the creation of a massive new park with revived and cleaner waterways in East London. Perhaps a mountain hut in Montana off grid may be more suitable for your needs, running water, timber, deer, a lifetimes supply of shotgun pellets, and hunting knives will do you fine.
