We have 7 boxes of Herringbone oiled engineered oak flooring plus half tub of adhesive leftover after recent renovation. 

Covering : about 7.8  square meters.

Retail price : £63.83 per box (£56.99 per square meter), about £446. 

Photos below show boxs of flooring, adhesive, and how it looks when laid.

The boxes are now taking up a lot of space  - which we need back! So any reasonable offer accepted.
