Hey guys,

I just wanted to make a recommendation for my personal trainer Greg Ring. I found Greg on here after reading a few recommendations on this forum and very happy I did.

Greg listened to what I wanted in consultation and encourages throughout every exercise keeping me focused and motivated. I had never tried things like boxing or TRX (I didn't know what this was either!) before but absolutely love it although it's tough! I work sporadic shifts and found Greg to be really flexible around my hours which was a necessity. I have sessions at his studio in East Dulwich but have had sessions in my house, garden and on Peckham Rye depending my situation which is brilliant.

I've lost weight, feel really good and friends have commented too!

  Kakkapoo have just opened on Bellenden Road. The avocado and pistachios are nice. And the asparagus. You'll have to pay a little extra for diesel as it all comes from Peru. They accept cats and have promised to fold and close by next Monday.
