Local floor sander for new office space

We are nimtim architects, a practice based in South London, UK and are about to move studio (round the corner so still in East Dulwich) and need the first floor existing timber boards sanded and oiled. In terms of timescale - we have begun the strip out and have prepped the floor (taking off boards and nails) ready for it to be sanded. 

We are keen to get this project and our approach widely published and we will also be inviting current and future clients for meetings etc. so if anyone knows local businesses that might be able to help we would be very interested!

We need the following area: approx. 78m2.
