Kids Dino Helmet - Has a bit of chip at front and could use some wipe as been stored but still has lots of life left.. would be a shame to throw if somebody can still make use.. 🙂

Small flower pots of various sizes - free to a good home, would prefer for all of them to go together.. 🙂

Bissell Carpet Cleaner - used and has been stored for a while but still has lots of life left.. 🙂

Radiator cover - in blue 119 cm high and 90 cm wide, has some scuffs but not really visible unless near..looks lovely in a nursery... 🙂

...from a smoke and pet free home.. 🙂

  I am sorry to continue this, but I found your previous comment about me very personal, disturbing and upsetting, which was why I responded at length. I'm sorry it bored you. I try to stick to facts. I have investigated. You (and anyone else) can go into the "search" settings on here and do a search on an author's name. So you can (I presume) find all my posts, including any which were replying to you. I can't imagine that they are in greater numbers than my replies to anyone else, but you can see for yourself. I guess you can probably also find examples of what you call my "usual sarcasm". I wasn't aware that l had a tendency to sarcasm, though I do find a lot of things funny. There is no need to reply to this unless you actually find evidence in support of what you said. Sorry everybody else. I had to get it off my chest as I was lying awake last night worrying about it 😭

  The Section 20 is just notification of intention to carry out works. You have the right to object, propose an alternative or find different contractors. If you are joint freeholders why is your co freeholder acting unilaterally? What is your usual mechanism for making decisions?
