Hi, we are a couple with a beautiful 5 years old boy and looking for our next home. We are renting from the same owner, privately for 10 years now, but the owner is planning to sell the flat, so we are about to find our new home. We are very reliable and trustworthy family. The ideal 1 /2 bed flat (1 bed only if the kitchen is fully separated from lounge) would be around East Dulwich, Denmark Hill area, to stay close to our son’s school.
