Install a solar power lampost

I'd like to have this solar powered lampost chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://productmanual.aosom.com/IN221100813V02_GL_B30-029V00.pdf installed in my front garden. As you'll see from the link, it's designed to be fixed to concrete, but I need it installed in earth, so I need a hole dug and for it to be concreted in. I'm based in Denmark Hill, SE5.
