Patrizia Collard
Is anybody looking for a studio, therapy room, artist space? Could people tell me whether they want a space to just work or create in or whether a self contained studio flatlet would be more in demand. Obviously the cost for me would make a big difference and also for the person/s who might want to use it. I am 12 minutes from Honor Oak station, 15 from Forest Hill. I would be so very grateful if people gave me some feedback, so I can make my final decision. May the force be with you. 🙂 Patrizia Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/346947-i-have-a-beautiful-space-that-i-am-renovating-it-is-20m2-with-windows-into-a-a-beautiful-secluded-garden-free-parking-se23/ Share on other sites

bidvid
Does it have a proper sink? Does it have a shower and toilet? Are you planning to let it per hour or to someone full-time? Does it have a private entrance? Are hours in which the space is available limited? Is there a lockbox with key or a code system? Will noise/music be ok? What type of flooring are you planning? Are bins provided? Are bills included? These are just a couple of questions which I’d be asking if I were to hire it as an artist/performance maker. A photo of the current space would also be helpful to understand the space.
